The Stylistics are an American, Philadelphia soul group that achieved its greatest chart success in the 1970s. It has been in existence for more than five decades. It was formed in 1968, with a lineup of singers Russell Thompkins Jr., Herb Murrell, Airrion Love, James Smith and James Dunn.

Currently, the members of the group are; Airrion Love (1968–Present), Herb Murrell (1968–Present), Jason Sharp (2011–Present) and Barrington “Bo” Henderson (2018–Present).
Among the four members, Barrington “Bo” Henderson is the lead singer. He has been the lead singer since 2018 after he joined The Stylistics. He is formerly of The Dramatics, Lakeside, and The Temptations.
Henderson is an American R&B singer. He is the son of Joyce St. Amie – an electric jazz singer. He grew up in the music industry, travelling with his mother and stepfather, James Vaughn, a noted jazz pianist which left him with several Vaughn siblings.
He was born to her parents on June 10, 1956, in Washington, Pennsylvania, United States, hence, he is 66 years old.
