Meet George Harrison’s son Dhani Harrison

Dhani Harrison, the son of legendary Beatles member George Harrison, has carved out his own path in the music industry and beyond. Born on August 1, 1978, in Berkshire, England, Dhani was raised on his father’s estate, Friar Park, where he was surrounded by music and creativity from a young age.

Despite growing up in the shadow of The Beatles’ global fame, Dhani didn’t learn about his father’s musical legacy until he was in elementary school. This revelation led to a moment where he “freaked out” at his dad for not telling him earlier. However, once he found out, Dhani quickly became involved in his father’s musical endeavors, even co-writing songs and playing lead guitar on his final album, “Brainwashed.”
