Barbra Streisand has not had an easy romantic life, she has been in and out of relationships for quite some time. She has been married twice already and dated lots of of possible suitors. She first married actor Elliott Gould for eight years with whom she shares one child, Jason Gould.
Elliott Gould was born on August 29, 1938, he is an American actor who began acting in Hollywood films during the 1960s. His breakthrough role was in the Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice (1969), for which he received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.
Gould was born in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, New York City, to Lucille (née Raver), who sold artificial flowers to beauty shops, and his father, Bernard Goldstein, who worked in the garment business as a textiles buyer.
Gould began acting on Broadway in the late 1950s, making his professional debut in a minor role in the musical Rumple (1957).
After Babra’s first divorce, both went on to remarry, and Gould wed Jennifer Bogart in 1973 and again in 1978 after a brief split in 1975. They divorced for a second and final time in 1979, and share two children together: Samuel, 47, and Molly.
Barbra Streisand didn’t remarry until 1998 when she wed her husband James Brolin.
