Amy Helm is an American singer-songwriter and musician. She is the daughter of drummer Levon Helm and singer Libby Titus. She is a past member of Levon Helm’s Midnight Ramble Band and Ollabelle, as well as her touring band. Her debut solo album, Didn’t It Rain, was released in July 2015, and her second release This Too Shall Light was released in September 2018 on Yep Roc Records.

Elizabeth Titus is the mother of Helm, Elizabeth Titus, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, and concert producer. Titus was born in Woodstock, New York. Her studies at Bard College in upstate New York were cut short by pregnancy and marriage at the age of 21.
In 1968, Titus released Libby Titus, an album of folk-rock and pop covers, on Hot Biscuit. She continued her career, providing backing vocals for Martin Mull’s debut album Martin Mull (1972), among others. At the same time, she was developing her songwriting skills.
