An’treyon “Trey” Sermon, a running back with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League, was born on January 30, 1999.

He attended Oklahoma and Ohio State during his collegiate football careers before being selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Sermon participated in all 14 games and made three starts as a true freshman at Oklahoma in 2017. He ran for 744 yards on 121 carries for five touchdowns to cap off the season.

In 2020, Sermon transferred to Ohio State University to pursue a graduate degree. Sermon’s 331 running yards in the 2020 Big Ten Championship Game versus Northwestern University were a record for an Ohio State player and the most ever in a Football Bowl Subdivision championship game.
