Hugh Michael Jackman, an Australian actor, was born on October 12, 1968. Before getting his breakout role as James “Logan” Howlett/Wolverine in the 20th Century Fox X-Men film series, he started his career in theatre and television (2000-2017).

He held the Guinness World Record for “longest career as a live-action Marvel character” thanks to this role until it was broken in 2021.

Before transferring to the all-boys Knox Grammar School on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, where he participated in the school’s production of My Fair Lady in 1985 and was chosen as school captain the following year, Jackman had his basic education at Pymble Public School.

During a year off in 1987, he worked as a physical education instructor at Uppingham School in England. He resumed his studies at the University of Technology, Sydney after his return, where he graduated in 1991 with a BA in Communications.
