United States-born Donald Frank Cheadle Jr is an actor. In addition to many other honours, Cheadle has won two Grammys, a Tony Award, two Golden Globes, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards.
Cheadle has also had 11 Primetime Emmy nominations, two British Academy Film Award nominations, and an Academy Award nomination. He is one of just a few black persons to have received nominations for all four major American entertainment awards, including Tony, Emmy, Grammy, and Oscar.
