American football trainer Kevin Stefanski is the head coach of the National Football League’s Cleveland Browns (NFL).
From 2006 through 2019, he began his NFL career with the Minnesota Vikings as an associate coach, and during his last two seasons, he served as the offensive coordinator.
Stefanski turned down Minnesota to become the head coach of the Browns in 2020, where he led the team to their first postseason appearance since about 2002.
After the season, he was voted NFL Coach of the Year, becoming the first Browns coach to get the honor since 1975 and the first since the organization’s 1999 comeback as an expansion team.
