Elon Musk tweets R.I.P Twitter meme: Is Twitter really shutting down?

Since Elon Musk bought Twitter, the company has undergone a number of changes, and if stories are to be believed, a number of its employees have expressed their disapproval of the new guidelines.

Although there are rising worries about the service, Elon himself has been outspoken about his desire to make additional modifications to his recently acquired platform.

Users are speculating about what they would do if Twitter were to shut down, despite the fact that neither Elon nor any of the company’s staff members have confirmed these reports. This is related to rumors that their offices are currently closed temporarily.

People’s worries were heightened by the #RIPTwitter hashtag, which led many to assume that Twitter’s service would end tomorrow.

Elon, being the troll that he is, also joined the bandwagon by posting a meme on his verified account that mockingly suggests that Twitter has died by placing the Twitter logo on a gravestone.

The billionaire, though, tweeted in opposition: “We just set another all-time high in Twitter usage lol”
