He achieved his greatest success in the 1970s, when he won two Grammy Awards, both as a solo performer and with The Love Unlimited Orchestra. His two biggest singles, Can’t Get Enough of Your Love, Babe and You’re the First, the Last, My Everything, are just two of the classic funk and disco songs he created.
