Cameron, who adopted his mother’s last name and now resides with her in Llantwit Major, south Wales, has an alienated relationship with his father similar to Adele’s. He plays rugby at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he is now studying sports medicine.

Adele has noted that both she and Cameron have a remarkable resemblance to their father while talking about Cameron. The day after Boxing Day in 2007, they first crossed paths. Cameron ultimately attended her performance in January 2008. In the liner notes for her debut album 19, she complimented her brother and said, “I can’t wait for our future.”

Adele joined XL Recordings after earning her art degree from the BRIT School in 2006. The UK top-five songs “Chasing Pavements” and “Make You Feel My Love” were from her debut album, 19, which was released in 2008.
