Hilary Duff is expecting her fourth child and has taken to Instagram to ask her followers to respect her privacy during this time.
As her due date approaches, the actress shared a message on her Instagram Stories over the weekend, kindly requesting that people refrain from asking about the arrival of her new baby.
In her message, Duff, 36, expressed her gratitude for the love and humor with which people have been checking in on her, but emphasized that babies come when they are ready. She humorously acknowledged that “nobody wants it more than me” and assured her followers that she will share the news when the time comes. Duff also shared that she is trying her best to be patient despite the discomfort of the final days of pregnancy.
The actress, who is already a mother to daughters Mae James, 3, and Banks Violet, 5, with husband Matthew Koma, 36, as well as 12-year-old son Luca Cruz from her previous marriage, has been open about her pregnancy journey on social media. Earlier this month, Duff posted about undergoing acupuncture as she jokingly attempted to give her baby the “eviction notice.”
Duff remains grateful for the support of her husband throughout her pregnancy, acknowledging his role in helping her navigate the challenges of caring for their children while preparing for the arrival of their new family member.
She continues to share candid moments from her life as she eagerly anticipates the birth of her fourth child.
