American drummer, guitarist, and songwriter Damon DeLaPaz was born on July 22, 1974.
He was a founder member of Sing The Body Electric, 30footFALL, Demasiado, and Fenix TX, four punk music groups. With numerous different bands, he has played, recorded, and gone on tour. As a substitute drummer, he has also travelled with Blink-182.

DeLaPaz played the drums for 30 Foot Fall in the early 1990s. He was sought out by the band’s lead singer Butch Klotz and drummer Rubio Cisneros to play the drums.
The band had developed a distinctive sound that was similar to early NOFX or taken directly from Minor Threat.
In 1995, they began travelling extensively after releasing Divided We Stand, their first full-length album, through Fuzzgun Records.
Fearless Records signed Junior High Sucked in 1996, and Acme-143, their follow-up album, was created. The junior high Sucked 7 and a number of singles and EPs were released by the group in the years after their first LP.
