Who is Quentin Tarantino mother Connie Zastoupil?
Quentin Tarantino is the only child of Connie Zastoupil and aspiring actor Tony Tarantino, who left the family before his son’s birth. He is of Cherokee and Irish ancestry through his mother; his father is of Italian descent.
Connie is a 75-year-old nurse living in Tennessee. She had Quentin when she was just 16 years old. She was married to Tarantino’s father at the time, but it’s believed they split shortly after.
Connie had got her feet on the ground and decided to remarried musician Curtis Zastipoul, who quickly bonded with step-son Quentin, and had another son named Ron.
However, Quentin and his mother have some differences that can’t be solved entirely.
The successful actor recalls a time when his mother had told him he wouldn’t be successful in his writing career and in turn, Quentin had told his mother she wouldn’t enjoy a dime from his successful career in the future.
And till date, Quentin has held on to that promise and has refused to help out his aging mother.
