Zachary Edward Martin, an offensive guard with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, was born on November 20, 1990.
In the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, the Cowboys selected him as the 16th overall pick out of Notre Dame, where he played college football. He was chosen for seven All-Pro teams and seven Pro Bowls. Martin is regarded as one of the NFL’s top guards.

According to their then-principal, Dr Martin Erlenbaugh, Zack and his brother Nick attended Saint Matthew Catholic School in Indianapolis, Indiana, for their whole elementary education from kindergarten through eighth grade.
The Martins are CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) athletes from the Indianapolis Archdiocese.
Zack and Nick both enrolled in the freshman class at Indianapolis, Indiana’s Bishop Chatard High School. Zack was a first-team all-state selection as a senior and junior and recorded 114 pancake blocks during his senior season.
