Vonn Christian Bell, an American football safety with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League, was born on December 12, 1994.

He was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft after playing college football for Ohio State.

Bell attended Chattanooga Central High School in Harrison, Tennessee, for his first two years of high school, where he earned all-district accolades. Bell later attended Rossville, Georgia’s Ridgeland High School.

In Bell’s senior year, Sandy Creek defeated Ridgeland 41-10 in the Georgia class AAAA state title game.

He was regarded as a five-star prospect and the second-best safety in the nation by Scout.com and Rivals.com, respectively. Bell was given a high four-star rating by ESPN, who ranked him as the 50th best player overall in the country, regardless of position, and a five-star rating by 247 Sports.
