Uchenna Nwosu, an outside linebacker with the National Football League’s Seattle Seahawks, was born on December 28, 1996.

He was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers with the 48th overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft after playing college football for USC.

Nwosu attended USC, where he played college football for Clay Helton and Steve Sarkisian.

He appeared in 12 games during his first season but was unable to compete in the 2014 Holiday Bowl because of unidentified team rules infractions.

Despite rumours that he could quit the team, Nwosu was able to enrol in summer courses and return to the squad for the 2015 season. It was then revealed that he did not enrol in the following spring semester.

Nwosu and quarterback Sam Darnold were awarded the USC co-MVPs following Nwosu’s senior year. Additionally, he was under consideration for the Butkus Award. He took part in the 2018 Senior Bowl after his senior year.
