Tyler Davis is a well-known American football player who was born in North Bellmore, New York.

He is regarded as one of the top tight ends in the National Football League and is presently a member of the Green Bay Packers after being chosen by the Jacksonville Jaguars as the 206th overall choice in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

At Connecticut, Davis started his collegiate career. He changed positions after his freshman season, going from quarterback to tight end.

Davis collected 47 receptions for 500 yards and seven touchdowns over the course of three seasons, starting 15 games.

In addition to finishing first on the team in touchdown receptions, ninth among all players in the American Athletic Conference, and first among tight ends with six in 2018, he tied for second in UConn’s single-season history with six touchdown catches for a tight end. In 2019, he transferred as a graduate student to Georgia Tech. In 12 games (11 starts), Davis caught 17 receptions for 148 yards and a score for the Yellow Jackets.
