Stephen Jones was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and grew up near Little Rock. John Stephen, Caroline, Jessica, and Jordan are the couple’s four children, and they reside with him and his wife Karen in Dallas, Texas.
Like his father, Stephen was a fellow Razorback at the University of Arkansas. Following a great collegiate football career, linebacker Jones joined his father’s newly acquired Dallas Cowboys company in 1989 as a vice president.
