Kyle Jacob Trask, a quarterback with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League, was born on March 6, 1998. (NFL).

He went to Florida University and played football there. He was chosen by the Buccaneers in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Trask attended Manvel High School in Manvel, Texas. He was a backup to D’Eriq King after his rookie year and did not start any games at quarterback. He graduated in 2016 and signed as a three-star recruit to play collegiate football at the University of Florida.

Trask spent his first year at Florida redshirting. Trask saw no action in Florida in 2017.

He was slated to compete for the starting job with Feleipe Franks, but he injured himself and missed the entire season.

In 2018, he played four games as Franks’ backup, completing 14 of 22 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown. When he injured his foot again during practice, his season was cut short.
