The well-known Joshua Keith Palmer is a Canadian-born American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League. He played college football at Tennessee and was drafted by the Chargers in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
He played WR and DB helping St Roch win two JV football titles in ninth and tenth grade. He also played for the Burlington Stampeders of the Ontario Football Conference and the Brampton Bulldogs. After participating in summer football camps in the United States and receiving interest from several Division I football programs, Palmer transferred to St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for his final two years of high school. Palmer was rated a three-star recruit and initially committed to play college football at Syracuse during the summer before his senior year. He finished his senior season with 32 receptions for 506 yards with eight touchdowns and was named second-team Class 7A All-State. Palmer de-committed from Syracuse and opted to sign to play at Tennessee.
