Jalen Pitre, an American football safety for the Houston Texans of the National Football League, was born on June 3, 1999.

He had 12 tackles after the season was over. Pitre started all nine games as a redshirt junior in 2020 and finished with 60 tackles, two interceptions, and two sacks. He came back as a starter in 2021 and was recognized as a Jim Thorpe Award finalist.
