American actor Hunter Doohan was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, however, he claimed to have “grown up all over the south” in an interview with The Film Frenzy. He originally began performing after auditioning for a high school play.

Later, he relocated to Santa Monica to enrol in a two-year acting course.

Hunter Doohan’s parents are Angie and Peter Doohan. His dad Peter was an Australian professional Tennis player who played primarily during the ‘80s. He reached the final of the Australian Open in 1987 with his men’s doubles partner Laurie Warder. Peter sadly passed away from ALS in 2017. On Instagram, Hunter often posts heartwarming tributes to his father.

Before he was cast in Wednesday as Tyler Galpin, Hunter’s most prolific role was as Adam Desiato in Showtime’s Your Honor, where he appeared opposite Bryan Cranston.
