Cody Likeke Barton is an American football linebacker for the National Football League’s Seattle Seahawks (NFL). Cody was born on November 13, 1996.  Barton (6’3/237) made 23 starts in the Utes’ linebacker corps, moving from outside rover to the middle late in his career and graduating with 23.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks, and 11 pass breakups.

Cody Likeke Barton played college football at Utah. In the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks picked Arthur (88th overall). In Week 3 of the 2019 season, he played his first game as a professional and made his first interception by catching a punt that New Orleans Saints returner Deonte Harris had missed.

Barton’s older brother, Jackson, is a professional offensive lineman. They played in the same class at Utah after Jackson redshirted. Barton spent the majority of his rookie season on Seattle’s special team units and led the team in special teams snaps. He became a starting linebacker in the 2020 season.
