American actor Christopher Allen Lloyd was born on October 22, 1938. Since the 1960s, he has made numerous stage, movie, and television appearances.

His most well-known roles were Jim Ignatowski in the comedy series Taxi (1978–1983), for which he received two Emmy Awards and Dr Emmett “Doc” Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy (1985–1990).
