The Odd Couple and Legacy actress, dramatist, and screenwriter Joan Hotchkis passed away on September 27 in Los Angeles. Hotchkis made her sudden exit at the age of 95 years old.
Hotchkis was the last surviving child of Preston Hotchkis and Katharine Bixby, influential civic figures in Los Angeles who throughout the course of the last century oversaw organizations like the California Historical Society and the Metropolitan Water District.
