Thuy Trang was a Vietnamese actress. She was known for her role as Trini Kwan, the first Yellow Ranger on the original cast of the television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
Thuy was born on December 14, 1973, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She died on September 3, 2001, in Bakersfield, California, United States in a car accident.
Trang’s body was cremated a week later on September 10, and her ashes were scattered at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California, though there is no headstone for her.
