Ross is recognised for launching the international real estate development company The Related Companies in 1972. He chairs the company and owns majority of shares in the company.
The Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project and the Deutsche Bank Center, where Ross resides and works, are two of Related’s most well-known projects. Ross made the list as having a net worth of $7.6 billion in the 2020 edition of Forbes magazine, placing him as number 185 on the list of billionaires.
