Family is important too and there is no exception how Shane Buechele loves his family. At times in the family, he is not afraid to be the contrarian. Shane has four siblings who all happened to be Oklahoma Sooners fans.

His father, Steve, played 11 MLB seasons, but Shane decided football would be his main priority after playing both sports in high school. Shane is one of the five children born to his parents Steve Buechele and Nancy Buechele. His siblings are Tanner Buechele, Amber Buechele, Garrett Buechele, and Jordan Buechele in all his siblings are four.
Shane was born on January 8, 1998, in Arlington, Texas, United States. He is a white who is held from America. He is 24 years old.
Shane attended Lamar High School in Arlington, Texas, where he was a star in both football and baseball. During his career as a quarterback, he passed for 6,379 yards with 73 touchdowns and rushed for 1,805 yards and 21 touchdowns.
Shane was ranked among the top quarterback recruits in his class and was invited to the Elite 11 quarterback competition where he impressed the coaches with his accuracy, eventually finishing second overall. Despite growing up in a pro-Oklahoma Sooner household, he committed to rival Texas to play college football.
After going undrafted in the 2021 NFL Draft, Shane signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2021. He was waived on August 31, 2021. The following day he was signed to their practice squad. He was elevated from the practice squad on November 16, 2021.
