The famous Regina Ting Chen is most recognized for her role as Counselor Kelley aka Ms. Kelly in Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things. She has also been featured in CBS’s NCIS: Los Angeles, USA’s Queen of the South, HBO’s Emmy-winning limited series Watchmen, and CW’s Black Lightning and Dynasty.
