Dybala was born in the Argentina town of Laguna Larga, Córdoba. His grandfather, Bolesaw Dybaa, was born in the Polish village of Kraniów and emigrated to Argentina during World War II. His grandfather’s family relocated to Canada.
Dybala’s family has Italian ancestors through his maternal great-grandmother, who was born in the Province of Naples.
