Noah Staggs is a native Californian who is 60 years old and was born on July 20, 1962, in San Bernardino. He grew up in Simi Valley, California, where he graduated from Simi Valley High School. Staggs served in the Army where he graduated as the second-highest cadet out of basic training at Fort Benning GA. He was stationed in West Germany.
