NCIS star Sean Murray argues against wife’s petition for custody of their kids in new divorce filing

Sean Murray, star of NCIS, has responded to his wife Carrie James Murray’s recent filing for divorce.

The couple, who have been married for 18 years, share two children, Caitlyn, 16, and River, 13. Sean has requested joint physical and legal custody of their children, while also asking that they both cover their attorney fees.

The couple first met in 2004 at a Halloween party and tied the knot a year later. They welcomed their daughter in 2007 and their son in 2010.

Sean, who is the longest-running cast member on NCIS, recently celebrated the franchise’s 1,000th episode.
