Michael Woods II, a wide receiver for the National Football League’s Cleveland Browns, was born on March 19, 2000. He participated in collegiate football at Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Woods was raised in Magnolia, Texas, where he went to high school. During his three varsity seasons at Magnolia, he hauled in 155 passes for 2,988 yards and 41 touchdowns.
Woods made his initial commitment to play college football at SMU while being a three-star recruit. Later, after Arkansas hired SMU coach Chad Morris, he reneged on his commitment and decided to play there instead.

At Arkansas, Woods started his college career. As a rookie, he made 18 receptions for 206 yards and one touchdown while starting seven games.
In his sophomore season, Woods led the team with 33 catches and four touchdown receptions, accumulating 423 receiving yards. He caught 32 catches for 619 yards and five touchdowns as a junior.
