Matthew Jordan was born on January 18, 1996 (age 26 years), in Wirral Peninsula, United Kingdom.

Jordan turned professional in September 2018, after the Eisenhower Trophy, and has had one professional win since then. He won the St Andrews Links Trophy in 2017 and later in 2018 he won the Lytham Trophy by 9 strokes.
