Eugene Laviscount, an Antiguan bodybuilder, and Sonia Laviscount, an Englishwoman, welcomed him into the world. He attended Ribblesdale High School in Clitheroe and graduated with ten GCSEs.
He also participated in Carol Godby’s Bury theater workshop.
When Laviscount was ten years old, he made his debut appearance in a Marks & Spencer advertising. Before obtaining a regular position in BBC One’s Grange Hill, he had appearances in programs including Clocking Off and Johnny and the Bomb.
Then, Lucien Laviscount was given the role of pious swimmer Ben Richardson in Coronation Street. In the inaugural season of FOX’s horror comedy Scream Queens in 2015, Laviscount played Earl Grey.
In 2017–18, he had an appearance in the crime comedy–drama Snatch on Sony Crackle. Alexander Cabot was a character played by Laviscount in Katy Keene on The CW.
