The daughter of the coal miner from Kentucky named Loretta Lynn, whose candid songs about love and life as a woman in Appalachia lifted her out of poverty and made her a major figure in country music, has passed away unexpectedly at the age of 90.
Lynn’s family announced in a statement given to the press that she passed away on Tuesday (October 4 ) at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.

At this moment nothing has been said in connection with her death cause however, in due time when her autopsy is released by the authorities it would throw light on what really killed her.
Before beginning her career in the early 1960s, Lynn had four children, and her songs showcased her pride in her rural Kentucky upbringing.
Loretta Lynn had won Grammys, ACMs, and CMAs. President Barack Obama awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2013.
Obama remarked at one event that Lynn “gave voice to a generation, singing what no one wanted to talk about and saying what no one wanted to think about.”
