Lonzo Liggins was born in Pocatello, Idaho, but spent much of his childhood in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He’s previously performed on stage. Stop Pepper Palmer, the feature film in which Lonzo wrote, produced, directed, and starred, is his most well-known work. He was also featured in The Outpost.
The Outpost, a 2020 war film about the Battle of Kamdesh in the Afghan War, is based on Jake Tapper’s nonfiction book The Outpost: An Untold Story of American Valor. It is directed by Rod Lurie.
