Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., known professionally as Lil Wayne, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record executive. His career began in 1995, at the age of 12, when he was signed by rapper Birdman, joining Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label.
Lil Wayne was born on September 27, 1982 (age 40 years), in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States.
