Lewis Tan, a well-known British actor, and martial artist, was born Lewis Singwah Tan in Manchester, United Kingdom.
He is most known for his roles as Gaius Chau in Into the Badlands on AMC, Lu Xin Lee in Wu Assassins on Netflix, and Cole Young in Mortal Kombat. He is the son of a former British model and Singaporean actor.
The gifted man, who was reared largely in Los Angeles but also spent time in China, France, Thailand, and Spain, is the first of his parents’ four boys. He describes himself as being half-British and half-Chinese.
