Kerrigan Patrick Mahan is an American voice actor who was born on January 27, 1955, in Encino, California.
In addition to playing Goldar in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Power Rangers Zeo, Jeb the talking dog in VR Troopers, and the original Magna Defender in Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, he has also voiced characters in Lensman, Zillion, Vampire Hunter D, and Crying Freeman. In Power Rangers Wild Force, he additionally voiced the character of Monitor Org.
