American actor Karan Soni is of Indian descent. He frequently played humorous roles, but he rose to fame for his portrayal of Dopinder in the movies Deadpool and Deadpool 2.
Soni, who was up in New Delhi, India, relocated to the United States to attend the University of Southern California for her business studies before beginning her acting career.
Alongside Rachel Quinn, Soni made his acting debut in Yusuf Sumer’s 2010 comedy Kaka Nirvana. Soni was hired to play Betas, an original series from Amazon Studios, in 2013. After one season, the show was canceled.
