On November 8, 1967, the actor Kamar de Los Reyes was born in Puerto Rico. He achieved his greatest fame in the roles of Antonio Vega in the ABC soap opera One Life to Live and Raul Menendez, the main antagonist of the 2012 video game Call of Duty: Black Ops II. He also portrayed the demon Jobe in Sleepy Hollow’s fourth season. He is now playing a detective in Season 3 of The Rookie.
De Los Reyes played a “dashing, albeit thick-tongued” Ferdinand alongside Patrick Stewart in a 1995 production of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest. De Los Reyes appeared on People Magazine’s “Fabulous 50” list in 1997.
