His sister Nancy Murray is an Adrian Dominican nun in Michigan; she has traveled the United States in two one-woman programs, portraying Catherine of Siena and Dorothy Stang. His brother Edward Murray was a businessman before his death in 2020. Peggy Crane also passed away in 2020.
