Jerry Seinfeld’s family made a special appearance at the premiere of his new Netflix comedy, “Unfrosted.”
The 70-year-old actor and comedian was joined by his wife Jessica Seinfeld and their three kids: Julian, 21, Shepherd, 18, and Sascha, 23.
Speaking about his directorial debut, Jerry shared his approach to the job, emphasizing the importance of confidence. He also revealed his love for Pop-Tarts, particularly the Brown Sugar Cinnamon flavor, expressing his disdain for other varieties.
The film, set in 1963 Battle Creek, Mich., revolves around the rivalry between Kellogg’s and Post as they race to create a groundbreaking breakfast pastry. Jerry’s obsession with Pop-Tarts throughout his life led him to develop the story for the screen, with the movie featuring a star-studded cast including Melissa McCarthy, Jim Gaffigan, and Hugh Grant.
Despite reaching his 70th birthday, Jerry still has a dream of riding a wave on a surfboard. Reflecting on his childhood in the 1960s, he fondly remembers the colorful and carefree nature of the era.
“Unfrosted” will be available for streaming on Netflix starting May 3rd.
