Jennifer Kuo Baxter was globally known as an entertainment lawyer and executive who, throughout the course of her three-decade career, held key positions at DreamWorks Animation, Sony Pictures, and other firms.
According to family relatives, Baxter made her untimely departure at the early age of 62 years.

Kuo Baxter passed away on July 23 earlier this year from cancer at her Pasadena home, surrounded by family, a relative informed the media.
In addition to her husband Tom Baxter and son Charlie, Kuo Baxter is also survived by her parents Frank and Dora Kuo, and her siblings.
She was hired as an executive at DreamWorks due to her knowledge of the animation and special effects side of movies. Throughout her career, she also held the position of director of business and legal affairs at Interscope Communications.
Baxter was promoted to co-head of the business and legal affairs department for Sony Pictures Digital due to her extensive experience in production and special effects.
She worked extensively on the movies (Stuart Little, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs,) just to mention a few during her career.
