Janeshia Adams-Ginyard is an Emmy-nominated American actress born in Los Angeles, California, United States on February 14, 1984. She is of Jamaican descent but the identity of her parents is yet to be revealed.
She doubles as a stunt woman and professional wrestler. As an actress, she is best known for her role as Nomble, one of the Dora Milaje, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film Black Panther and the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and her work as a stunt woman on both Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War. She has been acting since 2009.
