Leroy Garrett, a popular television personality, recently opened up about his struggle with male postpartum depression.

The 38-year-old reality star shared his experience in an exclusive clip from the upcoming episode of “The Challenge: All Stars.” Garrett revealed that he has been dealing with the condition since welcoming his first child with his fiancé and castmate Kam Williams, 29.

The couple now has two children, son Kingston Lee, who is 23 months old, and daughter Aria, who is just 9 weeks old. Garrett expressed his fears and insecurities about fatherhood, admitting that he felt overwhelmed and unsure about his abilities as a parent. He shared that he felt immense pressure to be a great dad and questioned if he was up to the task.

Seeking help, Garrett turned to therapy, which he initially hesitated to try. However, he found it beneficial in helping him process his emotions and develop coping mechanisms. In a joint confessional with Williams, Garrett disclosed that he was experiencing postpartum depression, a condition he didn’t realize men could suffer from.

Williams, showing her unwavering support, commended Garrett for his honesty and vulnerability. She emphasized the importance of open communication in their relationship and how it has strengthened their bond. Both Williams and Garrett participated in “The Challenge: All Stars” before the birth of their second child.
