Fereydun Robert Armisen is an American comedian, actor, writer, producer, and musician who was born on December 4, 1966.
Armisen co-created and co-starred in the IFC sketch comedy series Portlandia with his partner in comedy, Carrie Brownstein.
Along with Bill Hader and Seth Meyers, he co-created and appears in the mockumentary IFC series Documentary Now! (2015–present), as well as the Showtime comedy series Moonbase 8 (2020–present), which also features John C. Reilly and Tim Heidecker.
