Daisy Jessica Edgar-Jones was born on May 24, 1998, and she is currently 24 years old. Cold Feet from 2019 to 2021 and War of the Worlds from 2016 to 2020 marked the start of her career, respectively.
At age 5, Edgar-Jones make his stage debut in a school play. She attended The Mount School for Girls and Woodhouse College prior to being admitted into the National Youth Theatre. Her studies were done through the Open University.

She played Jessica Thompson in the 2018 movies Silent Witness and the indie coming-of-age drama Pond Life, both directed by Bill Buckhurst. She made an appearance in the National Youth Theatre production of The Reluctant Fundamentalist.
In the 2019 BBC and HBO television series Gentleman Jack, Edgar-Jones portrayed Delia Rawson.
